PACK_COMP_NON_SELLABLE QTY Not Shown in Item Location Inventory Screen
(Doc ID 1945909.1)
Last updated on FEBRUARY 03, 2019
Applies to:
Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Version 13.1.6 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
PACK_COMP_NON_SELLABLE QTY is not shown in the Item Location Inventory screen.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Item X belongs only to one pack.
- In the ITEM_LOC_SOH table for the pack Z there are 16 packs (of 10 components each) but 8 packs (10 components) are marked as non_sellable. On RMS Item Location inventory screen, for the pack Z the stock on hand and Unavailable Stock is fine. As expected, we have 16 packs as stock on hand and 8 as Unavailable Stock.
- In RMS, for the component item X the stock on hand is 190 units, which is 30 + 160 (from packs) = 190 (correct).
- For the component item X the unavailable stock is not correct, as it is not taking into consideration the PACK_COMP_NON_SELLABLE for the component item while calculating the unavailable stock.
