Adding File via Agile API Program Fails After Certain Period With Error 'Failed to Authenticate User' in File Manager Log (Doc ID 1946311.1)

Symptoms

While looping the Agile API program to add file to object, adding attachment will fail with below error after certain period:

ERROR (In Agile API program)

Steps to reproduce
-----------------------
1. Run Agile API SDK program to add file to file folder.
In the program, below code is looped for 1000 times:
  fileFolder.checkOutEx();
  IRow filesRow1 =
  files.createRow(rset.getString("UPFOLDERNUMBER") + rset.getString("FILENAME").trim());
  fileFolder.checkIn();

2. After running the program for a while, gets error in SDK program and File Manager (tomcat) log
