Repeated Error Message in Event Log ProdikaCommon: "Denorm Request for ExtendedAttributes - ERROR: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges" (Oracle Databases Only) (Doc ID 1946395.1)

Symptoms

After installing the Near Realtime Denorm from the Feature/Extensibility Pack version 3.10, the functionality appears to be running correctly.  However, every 5 minutes an error message is written to the ProdikaCommon event log file:

The description for Event ID 0 from source ProdikaCommon cannot be found. 
Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted.
You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
