Duplicate Entries in Bal_grp_sub_bals_t Dat File During Balances Migration Through CMT

There were duplicate entries in bal_grp_sub_bals_t dat file during Balances migration through CMT.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Import Balances XML through pin_cmt
    Login to unix box and execute the command:       ./pin_cmt -import

  2. Check bal_grp_bals_t and bal_grp_sub_bals_t
    Connect to database and execute the two queries.
          select * from bal_grp_bals_t;
          select * from bal_grp_sub_bals_t;

  3. Re-import the same XML without deleting entries from bal_grp_bals_t and bal_grp_sub_bals_t
    Login to unix box and execute the command:       ./pin_cmt -import

  4. Duplicate entries found for each record in bal_grp_bals_t.dat and bal_grp_sub_bals_t.dat file
    cd data_files
    Check the actual bad and log file created for bal_grp_bals_t and bal_grp_sub_bals_t
