Undocumented values seem to exist in case_assess.agent_suspect

The Argus Safety v7.0.3 DBA Guide gives the following description of this column:

0=Company agent not suspect 1=Company agent suspect


However, the following values exist in our upgrade database:


We have determined the 2 = Unknown but are unable to work out what -1 means.
