Event Browser "Event Details" Window Displays Wrong Time Zone For Event.StartT

Symptoms
Event browser is displaying wrong time zone for usage event startT and endT. As per expectation, it should display the time in Central Standard Time (event time zone ID is -0600), where as its currently displaying with Central Day Time.
Because of this, event startT is displaying one hour more than the actual time.
For example:
Actual event start time: 21 June 2014 11.05.43 PM
Displayed start time: 22 June 2014 12.05.43 AM
