Goal

In this example the customer is using TUGBU product CCB (Customer Care and Billing). This issue could also occur in PSRM (Public Sector Revenue Management) or RMB (Revenue Managment and Billing).

The customer is getting the following error while invoking a base cobol program through a custom java batch process.

com.splwg.shared.common.LoggedException: There is no cobol wrapper class for algorithm spot 'WODN' with interface com.splwg.ccb.domain.admin.writeOffControl.WriteOffControlWriteDownSmallAmountAlgorithmSpot

This issue was resolved via the following patch:

<Patch 19046315> - ERROR WHILE INVOKING A BASE COBOL PROGRAM THROUGH A CUSTOM JAVA BATCH PROCESS

The customer applied the patch to their environment and the issue was resolved. However, when the customer applied the same patch to a different environment, the issue came back and they started seeing the same error message that was resolved by <Patch 19046315>.
