Gregorian Month In the Time Dimension Is Not Sorted When Running Adhoc Reports For Advanced Planning (Doc ID 1947596.1)

Symptoms

In a Planning instance, with rollup level 12.1.3.8:
Gregorian Month in the Time Dimension is not sorted
When creating AdHoc reports using "Advanced Planning" Subject Area in APCC, noticed that "Gregorian Month" is not sorted as month hierarchy.

The screen prints show the sorting by alphabetical month, rather than by month order.

Can replicate the same internally.

This appears to apply to some other month measures as well.  However, if one runs a report with only 'Fiscal Period name', it will sort accordingly, which is Dec-95, Jan-96, Feb-96,...
