When running the relinker -d command, it is giving an error:

General Error: func=_config_set; error=may not be used in conjunction with an XML configuration; option=local.store.relinker.enabled.

The impact goes further than this 'General Error' : it stops the relinker from doing its normal operation

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Unified config
2. Run the relinker command
