Symptoms
Identified an item having enough on-hand to cover the demands for the first two months of the plan horizon.
Also for this item there are some open Purchase Orders which are past due.
After the plan run, the past due Purchase Orders are seen moved up to the plan run date and are pegged to the early demand even though there is enough on-hand to cover it.
