Stock On Hand (SOH) for Non-Inventory Items Is Getting Updated in DSD Receiving

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.x, the stock on hand (SOH) for a non-inventory item is getting updated with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) receiving.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a sellable, orderable, non-inventory item.
  2. Create a DSD Order in RMS from Retail Integration Bus (RIB) script.
  3. Receive the order in Store Inventory Management (SIM).
  4. Observe that the inventory is updated.
