Goal
As per OBRM 7.5 documentation, policy hook PCM_OP_COLLECTIONS_POL_HANDLE_BREACH_PROMISE_TO_PAY is called when the promised payment milestone is not met. Default implementation will cancel all outstanding payment milestone actions and reschedule the collections actions created out of the scenario with the following day as reference.

Source code file is not available.
Questions:
1. Can we have access to the policy file
2. We want to add some customization in the policy file. On customization, we need to know whether the default behavior will be available or not.
