Misleading Error Message in Activity Screen saying "Sending Completion details in Progress"

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
We completed an activity in MCP. The status in MWM shows as Completed. The status in CCB also shows as “Completed”. But there is a message showing up under Record Information saying “Sending Completion details in Progress”. This message was encountered initially, when there was actually an issue in sending outbound message out of MWM. But now, there is no issue and still this message pops up which is quite misleading.This is occurring for all activities in MWM.
