Goal

After upgrading to Argus 7.0.3, when using the Cryptography Tool to change the password for (login, login_i, login_ips), the following error is being returned:

ERROR: Contact your system administrator
InnerException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ARGUS_APP.UC_CMN_AUDIT_LOG_AUDIT_ID) violated
