Customer Center Balance Tab Refresh Is Throwing Error When Bill Unit Name Is Changed

Symptoms

Balance Tab is throwing error "Error communicating with BRM" during refresh. Steps to reproduce are given below.

Test Case(s)

Scenario 1:
1. Open any account in Customer Center which has Multipe Bill Units.
2. Open Summary tab.
3. Update Bill Unit name using Developer Center or testnap.
4. Click refresh in Summary tab of Customer Center.
5. Update Bill Unit name should be shown in Summary tab.

Scenario 2:
1. Open any account in Customer Center which has Multipe Bill Units.
2. Open Balance tab.
3. Update Bill Unit name using Developer Center or testnap.
4. Click refresh in Balance tab of Customer Center.
5. Update Bill Unit name should be shown in Balance tab.

Scenario 3:
1. Open any account in Customer Center which has Multipe Bill Units.
2. Open Payment tab.
3. Update Bill Unit name using Developer Center or testnap.
4. Click refresh in Payment tab of Customer Center.
5. Update Bill Unit name should be shown in Payment tab.
