Symptoms

When allocating regular items and packs using plan rule, allocated quantity is being calculated for stores which have no need.

Steps to recreate

1. Create an allocation for regular items and non sellable complex packs. The packs should not include any of the other items.
2. Add all stores.
3. Select Rule=’Plan’, Type: Need=’Exact’, Allocate to=’Gross Need’.
4. Ensure there are no quantity limits.
5. Calculate.
