On : 12.2.2 version, Data Collections
Substitute Item not showing in data collection workbench
Defined the Item relationship from XX_BUCKET to XX_SUB_BUCKET and XX_BOLT_HALF to XX_NUT; both are checked with reciprocal and planned enabled and Substitution Set defined.
Ran the data collection including the Master Organization also, still not able see the substitute item relationship in data collection workbench.
Expect to see Substitute being collected and shown in the Collections workbench.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Responsibility > Advanced Supply Chain Planner.
- Define the Item relationship from XX_BUCKET to XX_SUB_BUCKET and XX_BOLT_HALF to XX_NUT; both are checked with reciprocal and planned enabled.
- Run Collections and do not see the item as collected.
Due to this issue, users are not able to collect the item.
