1) What is the meaning of following option in Infranet.properties, used in pin_rel?
infranet.rel.default.preupdater_batch_size
infranet.rel.default.updater_batch_size
2) What are the pros and cons if we modify the above values and how to determine optimal value ?
3) How to overcome if two REL process are trying to load the rated CDR's and struck without loading none?
