Problem With Applicable Start / End Date from Multi-balances New Voucher Type (Doc ID 1949342.1)

Symptoms

The Voucher Type option "Applicable Start Date" / "Applicable End Date", in the Voucher Manager->New Voucher Type->Multi-Balance screen, is broken and the customer can redeem the voucher at any time.

The customer is willing to add some benefits for specific voucher types in a defined time interval but these dates are simply being ignored.
