For A Layaway Deletion Transaction, After Expiry And Grace Period Completion If Imported In Retail Sales Audit (ReSA) Through RTLOG, Transaction Out Of Balance Error Occurs (Doc ID 1949498.1)

Symptoms

Transaction out of balance error is shown in ReSA while importing the RTLOG for a Layaway deletion transaction in RPOS which is expired and grace period completed.

Steps to Reproduce :


1. Login to Point of Service.
2. Create layaway transaction for Item: 925.
3. Note the layaway number.
4. After due date and grace period completion, retrieve the layaway transaction.
5. Click "Delete".
6. Change the deletion fee (equal to the refund amount value) so that the refund amount will become 0.
7.Then there is no tender with cash/store credit screen is displayed,because refund amount is 0.


RTLOG is generated as below
TTEND0000000023CASH  1000  P00000000000000000000  

Amount is zero in tender line, that is the reason when upload to ReSA showing transaction out of balance error.
