Cash Tender Line Is Missing in Receipt for Post Void of Redeem Transaction (Doc ID 1949823.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) 13.3.x, the cash tender line is missing from the printed receipt of a post-voided of 'redeem' transaction.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in into POS.
  2. Go to Redeem.
  3. Do Redeem of any tender.
  4. Select Cash as refund tender.
  5. Complete the transaction.
  6. Now Post Void the above transaction.
  7. Note that the Cash Tender line is missing from the receipt.
