In Oracle Retail Allocation 13.3, we find that the user interface periodically freezes and becomes unresponsive. We must close the window or hit the refresh button (F5) to proceed, so users are losing all work completed on the screen and have to start over. This seems to be happening more frequently after migration of patch 22.214.171.124.
Steps to Reproduce:
There are no exact steps to reproduce the problem; the issue is sporadic and difficult to cause at-will. High level steps as given by the reporting user: "Allocation usually freezes after I have calculated and am looking through my results section by SKU. I detach the results section and often make manual changes and this is when the system freezes most often. I usually have to hit F5 a couple of times and sometimes close out of allocation completely. This most often happens when I am m working on large orders with 20+ SKUs on them, so I spend a lot of time reviewing the results section."
