12.2.x Demantra Workflow Not Running At Scheduled Time (Doc ID 1950060.1)

Symptoms

Customer has deployed Demantra on weblogic version 10.3.6 with Java 1.6.0.45 on the webserver.
Customer has an issue wherein when they schedule a workflow for say 8:00 AM, in the scheduler while scheduling it shows as 8:00 AM. When they click on edit, the recurrence screen shows it as one hour later and the workflow runs one hour later too. So the workflow is off by an hour.
Verified that webserver/db server and client machines are all in the same Central Timezone as below.

a. Linux:
Wed Oct 22 09:47:32 CDT 2014


b. Database server
Wed Oct 22 09:17:46 CDT 2014
