Unable To Reprint Gift Receipt for XChannel Order Transaction (Doc ID 1950654.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point Of Service (ORPOS) 14.0.x, we are unable to reprint a gift receipt for an XChannel delivery order transaction.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a new XChannel order for delivery (ship to customer).
  2. After transaction is completed, try to reprint gift receipt from reprint options.
  3. Gift Receipt button is disabled.
