Unable To Reprint Gift Receipt for XChannel Order Transaction

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Point Of Service (ORPOS) 14.0.x, we are unable to reprint a gift receipt for an XChannel delivery order transaction.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a new XChannel order for delivery (ship to customer).
- After transaction is completed, try to reprint gift receipt from reprint options.
- Gift Receipt button is disabled.
