Crew Shift Query With Service Class Option Returns Shifts Unless Service Class is Explicitly Excluded (Doc ID 1950764.1)

Goal

Crew Shift query with service class option is not working as expected.  With the following steps, it is returning all crew shifts:

1) Go to Crew shift query tab.
2) Select By Coverage option
3) Select Service Class Option as Cover All

Click on Refresh and it gives result without considering service class option.
