Payment Event In Secondary Schema Created With Invalid Data (Doc ID 1951785.1)

Symptoms

Payments are posted to secondary schema from Payment Tool are created with invalid data.

Steps to recreate:
1) Login to Payment Tool using custom user (not admin user)
2) Post a payment to secondary schema account.
3) Payment posted successfully in secondary schema.

The PIN_FLD_USERID value in the /event (payment event) is updated wrongly.

The user POID (0.0.0.1 /service/admin_client 6907538) with <USER_NAME> exists only in schema 1.
When payment is posted in the secondary schema account, the PIN_FLD_USERID value in event is updated as 0.0.0.2 /service/admin_client 6907538 which is invalid as it does not exist in secondary schema.
