Subscription Creation Details Are Not Synching From BRM To ECE

Scenario: Issue is observed on ECE 11.2 PS2.
1. Created one charge offer in PDC and after submitting that charge offer details got stored in ECE cache.
2. Created the account in BRM using PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER opcode and that account details got stored in the ECE cache.
3. After account creation, tried to add subscription using the charge offer which is there in the ECE cache.
Getting below error message in customerUpdater Logs and account details are not getting updated in cache with subscription.
