12/03 08:24:36: **FATAL** Unable to load credentials from wallet
This issue started after upgrading from NMS 22.214.171.124.x to 126.96.36.199.x. It also happened when installing 188.8.131.52.0 from scratch.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install new NMS application.
2. After running through the installation process, attempt to start services.
3. SwService fails because of the error and, as it is by default set as a required service, the FATAL wallet issue prevents users from accessing the NMS application.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log into the system and use any portion of NMS. This would be due to SwService being set as required causing the System Offline message to appear.
