Application Error During Import and Cannot Open Company Profile After Upgrade From 9.2.1.x

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On Webclient, Tools and Settings/Import, the pop-up opens with Application Error. This issue occurs only when user have set their language to Japanese. Also, the same user cannot open Company Profile from Java Client.
This feature did not perform as expected. Please contact your Agile Administrator.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Web Client, go to My Settings > Preferences and set Language to Japanese
2. Login again and select Tools and Settings > Import
3. On Java Client go to Admin > Settings > System Settings > Company Profile
