User Is Unable to Approve Audit Object With Error 'Node (50465 , 1048) Does Not Exist in the Cache'

When attempting to approve Audit and Inspection class object, the following error occurs.
Node (50465 , 1048) does not exist in the cache
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User xxxx logs in to Agile Web Client
2. Open the problematic Audit object - the login user is the approver of this object
3. Click Approve button
4. Error message; Node (50465 , 1048) does not exist in the cache
