Use Of Task Type As Task Text (Y/N) No Longer Displaying Task As Text On Gantt in MWM/ORS 2.2.0.1 (Doc ID 1952307.1)

Last updated on OCTOBER 03, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management - Version 2.2.0.1.0 to 2.2.0.1.0 [Release 2.2]
Oracle Real-Time Scheduler - Version 2.2.0.1.0 to 2.2.0.1.0 [Release 2.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

In MWM 2.2 and prior, the M1-CDIGANTT Algorithm could be updated to change the “Use Of Task Type as Task Text (Y/N)” parameter to 'Y' to display the Task Type code on the Tasks within the Gantt chart.

The release of MWM 2.2.0.1 added CM versions of the above Algorithm (CM-CDIGNTSW) and the Scheduling Gantt Zone (CM-CDIGANTT). This should allow the user to change the values of the parameter from within the application. After making updates to the new CM Algorithm parameters, the changes are not reflected on the CDI Gantt even after flushAll, clearing local IE/java cache, logging out/in, etc.
