Audit Report is not generated for larger datasets (Doc ID 1952329.1)

Symptoms

On : OPPM, Admin Module

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to print the audit log under the admin panel (access tab), the processing just loops until it times out.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The audit report should be printed without issue

ERRORS
-----------------------
The PROSIGTH logs will capture the following errors:

The APPLICATION event log will show the following:

 Process information:
 Process ID: 5648
 Process name: w3wp.exe
 Exception information:
 Exception type: HttpException
 Exception message: Request timed  out.
 Request path: /prosight/adminUI/printAudit.aspx

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in OPPM
2. access the admin panel
3. select the access tab and then the print the audit log

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot print the audit report
