Symptoms

Outage symbols ( PDO, PSO, RDO ) do not change size when "Big Symbols" is enabled in the Web Workspace Viewer.
Other conditions (such as Notes and Tags) DO change size.

The $NMS_CONFIG/jconfig/ops/viewer/xml/SPATIALLAYLERS_BIG_SYMBOLS.inc has the entry:
