PI Command CCSCD1=ADD inconsistent with CcsAccount tool regarding PIN length (Doc ID 1952663.1)

On OCNCC version 4.4.1 the PI command CCSCD1=ADD restricts PIN length to 4 digits when a subscriber MSISDN is created with PIN.
CCSCD1=ADD:NACK:68-Badly formatted parameter PIN,SYNSTAMP=YYYYMMDDhhmmssxx;
It is expected that PI command CCSCD1 will be able to add or change accounts with PIN length bigger than 4.
