Getting a "Not Found" response message when trying to refresh an expired ACR to a valid status.
There is an implementation problem with the “Change ACR Status” method of the Anonymous Customer Reference API .
The description of the API says that “The Change ACR Status operation refreshes an expired ACR to a valid status”. When an ACR expires, the record is removed from the database table and the documentation is wrong about the behavior of extending a non-existent ACR.
When an ACR is created and allowed to expire on its own, if making an attempt to extend its life within the 5 seconds after expire time, it won't work.
It works if the expire on ACR is explicitly set and then try and extend its life in those 5 seconds.
