Symptoms
On OCNCC 4.4.1, when a Voucher Type Recharge is performed to replace the existing balances, the real-time notifications (low credit and balance deletion) defined on those balances for charge events are triggered.
This is actually voucher type recharge, the charge event notifications should not be triggered. This is causing the subscriber to receive lots of real-time notifications.
