In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.x, the Receiver Cost Adjustment (RCA) window does not allow users to change the cost value to have 4 decimal places.

When correcting the cost of the item in an order on the RCA window. the form is not allowing the user to enter a cost containing 4 decimal places.  The error below is encountered.  However, the user can successfully change the cost up to 3 decimal places and the change is successfully applied.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate:  Finance > Receiver Cost Adjustment.
  2. Enter purchase order (PO) and item.
  3. Change the cost such that it contains a 4-decimal-place value.
