Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
GLASSIGN Batch run tree shows Double the Record Processed than expected

For example, there were 200 FT GL records doesn’t have GL Account Id which supposed to be assigned by GLASSIGN batch.
Submitted the GLASSIGN batch process and completed successfully where the batch run tree shows Double the Record Processed than expected records count.
Record Processed Count in Batch Run Tree is 400
But expected record Count is 200
The GLASSIGN batch successfully updated the GL Account Id to the 200 records.
The Batch completed normally without any error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run GLASSIGN batch
2. The Batch run tree showing double record number than the process actually are.
