Child XML load to BRM takes a long time for complex hierarchy accounts.

For complex hierarchy accounts migration, parent accounts are loaded through one xml and the child accounts are loaded through another xml. The child xml load to BRM is very slow and takes a long time.

Checked after truncating the cmt_reference_t table in the Performance environment:
Before truncating, the table had 25 million records and an xml with 37.5K child accounts took more than 2 hours to load. After truncating the table, the child xml for the same volume of records loaded in 7 minutes.

Truncating the table in production is not an option and so need a resolution without truncation.
