Item Which Is Not in Approved Status Difficult to Identify

When an XOrder message is processed which contains an unapproved item, the message is rejected with 'This item is not in Approved status'. The invalid item is not identified, which makes diagnosing the error difficult.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a Purchase Order (PO) in an external application, containing one Item which is not approved in RMS.
  2. Integrate the PO into RMS, using the XOrder API.
  3. Check that the PO fails to be integrated and displays the following error message:
This item is not in Approved status
