On a customer production environment, with Out of Order feature being enabled, it was seen that the Rating Pipelines stop unexpectedly after throwing an error "ERR_EVENT_ORDER_MISSING_IN_MEMORY_PROFILE".
The following behavior was noted for some of these affected subscriber accounts :
- The first CDRs are rated correctly, without a record 850 (they are also loaded successfully by the pin_rel utility)
- At some point, a CDR is rated with a record 850, which contains a /profile/event_ordering line with a poid set to -1 (it is loaded successfully by the pin_rel utility)
- At this point, the Rating Pipeline logs an error message and stops rating any further CDRs
