Users Are Getting a Login Prompt When Attempting to View Files in AutoVue From UCM When UCM is Enabled with SSO Using OAM (Doc ID 1954731.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager (OAM) is used as the single sign-on (SSO) solution for Oracle Universal Content Management (Oracle UCM). AutoVue is integrated with UCM using Oracle VueLink. An authentication prompt is shown requesting the user to enter UCM credentials when a user attempts to open a file in AutoVue from UCM. Once the credentials are entered, the document opens in AutoVue without any issues.
