The following best practices for upgrading Oracle Communications Order and Service Management are provided to assist those who are planning an upgrade of their OSM release.  These best practices focus on upgrading the Database of OSM , as that is one of the key components of the upgrade.  These best practices are the result of many customer upgrades.
