Unable to Upload File Through HTTPS If Applications Are Deployed with HTTP (Doc ID 1954835.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.3.3.0 version, Folders, Files & Attachments

When attempting to download file attachment,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
file upload in progress but no completion


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
## Scenario 1:
JavaClient >> Web Server URL: https://agile.company.com/Agile/PLMServlet
JavaClient >> File Manager URL: https://fileserver.company.com/Filemgr/AttachmentServlet
server.conf >> app.server.url=https://agile.company.com/Agile/services/FSHelper
server.conf >> file.server.url= https://fileserver.company.com/Filemgr/services/FileServer
Result
Able to upload attachment if to access https://agile.company.com/Agile/PLMServlet.
Not able to upload attachment if to access http://agile.company.com/Agile/PLMServlet.


## Scenario 2:
JavaClient >> Web Server URL: http://agile.company.com/Agile/PLMServlet
JavaClient >> File Manager URL: http://fileserver.company.com/Filemgr/AttachmentServlet
server.conf >> app.server.url=http://agile.company.com/Agile/services/FSHelper
server.conf >> file.server.url= http://fileserver.company.com/Filemgr/services/FileServer
Result:
Not able to upload attachment if to access https://agile.company.com/Agile/PLMServlet.
Able to upload attachment if to access http://agile.company.com/Agile/PLMServlet.
