How to Remove The Email Address When Disabling The Automatic Forwarding Feature? (Doc ID 1954874.1)

Goal

In Convergence 2 (and 3), a user can enable automatic forwarding of messages by:

  1. selecting Options -> Mail -> Local Account -> Forwarding,
  2. click the check box labelled 'Enable automatic forwarding',
  3. type in the 'Forward to' field the email address to forward the messages to, and
  4. click the button 'Save Preferences'.

But when the automatic forwarding must be stopped, the text area always keeps the address.
Some Convergence users find this confusing.


How can this forward address be removed ?
