Symptoms

**Examples provided in this article do not represent real life personal/confidential information**
**Disclaimer:** This KM article may include the following abbreviations:
MDM - Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management
CCB/CC&B - Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing
CDI - Contexts and Dependency Injection
BO - Business Object

With CCB-MDM sync request processing, the sync request BO pre-processing algorithm defines 19 algorithm parameter slots to define mnemonics to filter objects that should be sent (e.g. algorithm CI_CMDM2SPI, SP_TYPE="E-RES-OH").  On the surface, it looks like if more than 19 values are needed, the system does not support it.
