Goal

We Need to refer to the work order parameter (Network Element URL) in the  Connection Handler.

Currently the connection handler class refers to the following parameters from the NE template to make a SOAP webservice call to the network element.

So the endpoint that ASAP invokes the service on is : http://<IP>:8080/BillingAdaptor/household?wsdl

However, we now have a requirement  that we can have multiple destination IPs that could come down from UIM (where the topology will be maintained). So, is it possible that we can pass down the HOST_IPADDR in the work order from OSM to ASAP and allow ASAP to refer to that when we make the connection in the connection handler class? Or, can you recommend a different solution where this can be achieved? Just to summarize, we need to be able to connect to multiple IP addresses for the network element.

The number of IPs might increase in the future. We don't want to have any dependency on ASAP (i.e. The IPs should not be stored in ASAP and would flow from the upstream)
