Orders Not Getting Created Through OSM Web Service After Upgrading (Doc ID 1955054.1)

Symptoms

Orders are not getting created through CreateOrder web service after upgrading the OSM server 7.2.2.4.1.
Code built with new SDK 7.2.2.4.1
In logs we see the below messages looping.

The same code built with the earlier SDK 7.2.2.1 and deployed to OSM server with 7.2.2.1 is working fine.
