“Country Default” entry is missing in the Geo Areas User Preference (Doc ID 1955764.1)

Problem Description/Recreation

1) Create a new user id in MetaSolv Solution Software (MSS) and then log into MSS with that newly created user id


2) Go to My preference and navigate to User information --> Geo Areas --> Address Structure Format Default.
