Goal

The XAI servlet will execute either the XAI Inbound Service defined in the request SOAPAction or the service name included as the root element inside the SOAP envelope.  In certain situations, it is necessary to override how XAI decides which XAI Inbound Service to call.  This is especially true when a customer wants to call a CM XAI Inbound Service instead of a base XAI Inbound Service that is preset (perhaps by some integration product like Oracle Utilities Customer Self Service or the Field Work PIP).
